I have gathered the results of my questionnaire and have written them up. The majority of people supported my flat plan design and agreed that the choices i had made were the right ones.
This has been a really useful exercise as you now have some solid feedback to use when you create your product. The feedback is a bit luke warm which is probably because most students don't feel they've had a magazine for them in the past. This reminds me of what you said earlier about the audience possibly being parents rather than students. You can take all this into consideration when you make your product.
